Property blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.
Additionally featured in this recent image drop seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had created plans to build upon the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
You can see the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a notes section labelling various areas of the estate.
Accompanying this are what seem to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring designs for dock shelters.
More documentation made public as part of the ongoing investigative disclosure.
